So, as you can all tell I’ve been very, very lazy about posting a new blog. Partly because not a whole lot has been happening and also because Frank got a new position at work! How does that affect my blogging you ask? Well, let me tell you. We have a laptop and a desktop. About 6 months after we first got our desktop I was stupid and accidentally downloaded a virus. Now we have the desktop so it won’t accept hardly any cookies (it seems to really slow things down) – so I can’t log into the blog to post on the desktop. I have to use the laptop to post and Frank now takes the laptop with him to work everyday. By the time he gets home and I cook dinner, clean the mess from dinner and get settled I have no desire to blog. I promise to try and post more, though. I miss blogging and checking up on what everyone else has been up to!
As I said, Frank got a new position at work. He is now the San Diego Market Trainer. He is in charge of training all the new hires before they go work in the field. It’s absolutely perfect because he’s home pretty much every day by 6:30 and the best part is that his phone hardly rings once he’s home!! No more late night phone calls and crazy text messages, when he’s home he’s not working. I love, love, love it! Frank is not nearly as stressed and I think, happier.
We started our Childbirth Prep classes last week. There are 14 couples in the class and get this, 11 of us are having boys! Two couples are having girls and only one is waiting to find out the sex of the baby. We did introductions and all of the fathers did fist pumps when they announced they were having boys. I love how the men are so proud of themselves! Frank, of course, did the fist pump as well. Our class is being taught by a doula and it turns out she’s one of the top doula’s for San Diego! Frank loves her because she’s a hippie. She’s very cool and I’m looking forward to our classes.
Frank and I realized that we haven’t taken a belly pic in about 10 weeks last night. We definitely plan on taking one this Sunday. Wait till you see this belly o’ mine. It’s huge! Well, I think it’s huge. It makes me scared knowing that I’m only going to get bigger, YIKES! I don’t feel like I have anymore room in me to get bigger. The baby moves lots more. He’s an early morning mover and he loves to start kicking when I’m getting ready for bed. But what makes him move the most is when I eat pineapple! He kicks and flips and just goes crazy. I wonder if maybe it might be too much sugar or something, but I really think it’s just because he loves it! I’m really looking forward to being able to meet this little man.
