All He Wants To Do Is Stand

Frankie will be 9 months next week, can you believe it? I can't! So I thought I would write down some of the things that Frank and I love about Frankie:

1. His smile, it just lights up his face. I especially love when he crinkles his nose at the same time.

2. If you say "Bang! Bang!" he will start smacking him hands up and down.

3. When on his back he kicks his legs no matter his mood. Happy, mad, hungry, excited all involve a lot of leg kicks.

4. He loves to chew on his thumb, but it's the fanning of his fingers while he's chewing that makes it so fun.

5. When the pups are chewing their bones Frankie loves to help them hold the bone, or take it away from them and then 'bang, bang' the pups.

6. He must hold his own spoon when being feed.

7. ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS STAND!!! No joke, if he's not in his walker or crawling around he's trying to stand. Hes using the couch, coffee table, tv stand, wall, my legs, and the pups to help him get off his knees and on his feet.

8. He loves to have conversations. He will squeal, yell, and all of types of baby babble.

9. He likes to watch himself. We make home video's and when we replay them he will watch and sometimes respond to himself. It's pretty funny.

10. We've had to move the dog's water bowl twice, it draws him a magnet. If he can get to it he does what he can to make a big a mess as possible. Then when you say, "Frankie" he looks at you over his shoulder with the most innocent look on his face.

11. He loves swimming. When you say, "Kick, kick" he kicks his legs.

12. He loves watching "Sesame Street" and being read to. He will sit on his Momma's lap and just watch or listen. It's the only snuggle time he allows.

13. When he first meets people he likes to give them the stare down, especially if it's a male. His face will be like stone and he just stares, it does make some people uncomfortable. Frank and I think it's hilarious. We say that he's practicing for his future as an interigator.

14. He loves computers, remotes and phones. He likes to help type emails, blogs, send texts and make calls. He's successfully called his Momma and his Grammy.

15. He loves bathtime. He likes playing with his toys and practicing his swimming. He does not like getting his face washed or his hair rinsed.

16. We've got a binkie baby. He loves it and pretty much can't sleep without it. I like it b/c it keeps him quieter :-)

17. If you're standing and Frankie wants to be picked up he crawls to your feet, lays across them and cries.

18. He loves outside playtime. We will take Frankie and the pups to the park and he loves to watch the pups play catch.

19. Frankie LOVES the ladies!! The prettier you are and the more endowed the more he loves you...and he's not affraid to cop a feel. What a little flirt!!

20. He still makes you work hard for laughs. He'll give little laughs and squeals of excitment, but to get a good belly laugh you have to work and enjoy it while you can! Sometimes they just last a couple of seconds, if you're lucky a few minutes! :-)
